This policy applies to RIO ITC Solution, it is mandatory for all personnel working in the company and must be included in the regulation of agreements with any external entity that, for any reason, works with the Company for the supply of the service.

RIO ITC Solution periodically verify the effectiveness of the Quality Management System with Management Reviews, ensuring adequate support for the adoption of improvements aimed at activating the process of continuous improvement, keeping context modification under control.
